Greer is a Senior Director in the Phoenix office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, and is part of the Industrial Sales Advisory Team. She is known for her strong work ethic and dedication to her team. Her market knowledge helps clients achieve maximum value for their industrial real estate assets in every investment assignment Greer handles.

Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Greer held a Director position at Cushman & Wakefield, working with Phoenix’s National Industrial Advisory Group. In the past four years, she has been involved in the sale of over 130 transactions, totaling over 63 million square feet with an overall value in excess of $6.9 billion. Greer has worked on some of the highest-profile deals in the region.

In 2021, she closed 84% of the industrial investment sales worth over $25 million in the Phoenix metropolitan market.
