Bio
Grant Morris is a Financial Analyst within Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Office/Industrial Capital Markets Team, specializing in underwriting and managing commercial real estate transactions. His responsibilities include financial modeling, property-level due diligence, lease abstracting, primary market analysis, preparing offering memorandums and responding to investor inquiries for properties represented by the firm’s Capital Markets Team. Additionally, Grant supports the Senior Debt Broker, Jason Hochman, in underwriting and sourcing debt solutions for buyers of office, industrial and retail assets throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Morris attended Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Spanish. Upon graduation, he elected to enroll in FSU’s Master of Science in Finance program. While earning his master’s degree, he worked both as a Student Manager for the FSU Student Investment Fund and a Graduate Research Assistant in the university’s Real Estate Department.
