Grant Lammersen joined Newmark in the firm's San Francisco office in 2016. As a vice chairman with one of the nation's most successful investment property sales groups, he specializes in the marketing and disposition of institutional real estate.
Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Grant and his team have successfully closed approximately 400 transactions involving the sale of office, industrial, retail and multi-housing investment properties throughout the pacific northwest United States with total consideration exceeding $22 billion. Prior to joining Newmark, Grant was an executive director with Cushman & Wakefield's San Francisco-based Capital Markets Group. Grant focuses on expanding the capital markets platform in Northern California and throughout the western U.S.
Mr. Lammersen graduated with honors from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, with a concentration in finance. While there, he was a four-year varsity letter winner in men's basketball. He resides with his wife Lindsay, daughters Decker and Davis, and son William in Orinda, California.
