Grant Harris joined Northmarq in the of Summer of 2022. He focuses primarily on debt and equity placement for multifamily assets throughout the U.S., having facilitated in the procurement, execution and closing of over 175 transactions across 15 states. Grant brings more than eight years of capital markets experience, during which he has supported the production, underwriting, marketing and closing of over $5.2 billion in multifamily, retail and office financings.

Prior to Northmarq, Grant spent six years with CBRE Debt & Equity in Charlotte, North Carolina. During that period, he served as an analyst, senior analyst and associate vice president.

Grant received a Bachelor of Science in finance and real estate with a minor in history from the University of South Carolina.
