Grant Barrett

Grant C. Barrett joined Carr Development, Inc. in 2006 and now directs most of Carr Development’s project leasing and brokerage activities. He specializes in project leasing, tenant representation, lease and contract negotiations, and site acquisition/disposition throughout the Austin area. Grant has built strong relationships in the business and commercial brokerage communities and uses his extensive market knowledge to help serve his client’s needs. Grant is originally from Houston, Texas and received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. Grant is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) where he served on the Leadership Development Council (LDC) in 2012. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Grant is involved within the Texas Cowboys Alumni Association and he is a member of Ducks Unlimited and the Costal Conservation Association. Grant is married to his wife Kellie who is a PA with Dell Children’s Hospital.
