Bio
Graham joined Talon Private Capital shortly after moving to Seattle in the Fall of 2010. He leads investment, development and asset management efforts for Talon’s private and institutional capital. During his time at Talon, Graham has managed the repositioning of over 1.6 million square feet of office projects, and has successfully directed over $700 million in acquisition and disposition transactions combined. In addition to the Puget Sound region, Graham covers Talon’s acquisition and portfolio management activities in Dallas, TX and Portland, OR.
Prior to joining Talon, Graham worked for a civil contracting firm as a cost engineer in Hawaii. He left Hawaii to be a project manager for a private real estate investment and development firm that builds single and fractional ownership homes in the Pacific Northwest.
Raised on the island of Maui, Hawaii, Graham received his Bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College in Maine. Graham and his wife live in North Capitol Hill.
