Gord Wiebe

Mr. Wiebe has 36-years of experience in managing, leasing and asset & portfolio management in commercial real estate in the United States and Canada. Currently, Mr. Wiebe is a consultant with Tom Capital Associates, Inc. based in Calgary, Canada. Tom Capital consults and sources deals in oil and gas, real estate ownership & development, secondary lending activities, manufacturing and other related industries. Mr. Wiebe has served in both his roles with U.S. Properties Group, Inc. and Tom Capital Associates, Inc. for the last 20 years. Previously, Mr. Wiebe served as Director and CFO of a Toronto Based Stock Exchange listed real estate company and, was an owner/manager of a property leasing and management firm with $1 billion of real estate assets under his management. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accounts and presenter of various ICSC and Real Estate Forums.
