We focus on ground-up development and construction of multifamily properties within the Southeast. Our projects include suburban garden-style communities as well as urban mid-rise and high-rise properties. An analytical approach utilizing technology and locally relevant benchmarks is the cornerstone of our approach to enhancing investor value. At the macro level, understanding the capital markets within the context of the local dynamics between supply and demand is key to making sound decisions for our investors. We have built a best-in-class team and process, including accounting, reporting and back office functions.
