Bio
Glenn is an owner of Fidelis Realty Partners, Ltd., and the Co-President and Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he leads all operations of Fidelis company-wide, including the acquisitions, dispositions and financings processes, legal, administrative, and investor relations. Glenn joined Alan Hassenflu and Lynn Davis at Fidelis in 2007, initially as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer, from the law firm of Nathan Sommers Jacobs where he was a partner specializing in commercial real estate. While at Nathan Sommers, Glenn served as Fidelis’ outside counsel for many years. Glenn began his legal career in 1995 at the law firm of Winstead Sechrest & Minick. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Glenn was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and served in the first Gulf War; Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm in the early 1990s. Glenn has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and strong expertise in real property development, acquisition, disposition, and financing. Glenn earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1995 from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where he was an editor of the law review. His undergraduate studies were completed at Radford University in Virginia. He is a licensed attorney in the State Bar of Texas and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Real Estate Section of the Texas State Bar, and the Houston Bar Association. Additionally, he is a board member for the TIRZ 17 Redevelopment Authority and the Memorial City Management District. Glenn resides in the Memorial area of Houston, where he and his wife, Michelle, raised three children.
