Giovanni Scardino joined Stream Realty Partners in 2023 and serves as a Senior Associate for the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth Industrial Leasing Division. Giovanni focuses on the Brookhollow submarket, assuming key responsible for tenant representation, project leasing, and acquisition/disposition services.

Giovanni serves his client by compiling comprehensive market data and tracking industry trends. He evaluates current and alternative buildings, provides financial analysis and forecasting, and negotiates advantageous financial terms and concessions. His proactive research and keen negotiation skills allow him to bring tailored solutions to his clients.

Prior to joining Stream, Giovanni worked at Weitzman, one of the largest Texas-based retail-focused commercial real estate service providers.

Giovanni graduated from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas.
