Tabbi relocated to Nashville from Newmark's Chicago office in 2022. Gino specializes in acquisition/disposition, and finance of leased properties, particularly for government, leased assets. With over $1 billion in sales volume and 10 years of experience, Tabbi brings a vital skill set to his clients that helps add value throughout the transaction process. Tabbi's transaction and market knowledge position him well for working with institutional investors and build to suit developers. Tabbi has received recognition for his sales achievements from within Newmark's Chicago Office as a top performer in 2012, 2013, and 2015. Tabbi has closed deals in 26 states.
