Ginger Park

Ginger L. Park, CPA, serves as our Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and is responsible for accounting, internal controls, and SEC and tax reporting functions. She built up our internal accounting group, ensures our financial processes and controls are effective, and works with the acquisition team on closing and financing. Prior to joining New Market, Ginger worked in the Audit and Assurance practice of Ernst & Young, LLP, where she planned and managed audit engagements, handled complex accounting issues, and served as an instructor for real estate and audit training sessions. During her tenure at Ernst & Young, Ginger served a diverse group of real estate clients, from private funds to public REITs. Ginger holds her M.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University in Waltham, MA and her B.A. in Economics degree from Mount Holyoke College. She is an active member in American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
