Gina Christen

Gina Christen is the Capital Markets Operations Manager for the team of Darla Longo and Barbara Emmons. Since joining the team in 2008, Gina has played a crucial role in the disposition of over $7 billion of industrial, office and land. Gina is responsible for interfacing with clients from the Request for Proposal stage through close of escrow. She is the team lead for pitches, oversees production of marketing materials and assists with financial underwriting of properties marketed by the team. In addition, she is the liaison between the team and the private capital side of the team’s practice. Prior to joining CBRE, Gina attended the University of California, Los Angeles. Gina is also a member of ULI Young Leaders, UCLA’s Real Estate Alumni Group, CBRE’s EMPOWER Professional Development Program and is the Inland Empire Field Delegate for the Women’s Network.
