Gill Shaw

Gill Shaw is Senior Vice President of Development in the Southeast Region. Based in Atlanta, he is responsible for providing due diligence, design, entitlement, budget and construction oversight for both investment developments for lease and build-to-suit projects. Prior to joining the Dermody Properties team in 2019, Mr. Shaw served as Vice President of Construction at McDonald Development Company and, for much of his career, Vice President of Construction and Corporate Sustainability at IDI Gazeley North America. Throughout his career, Mr. Shaw has overseen development of approximately 1,100 acres of industrial property and managed the construction and development of 63 warehouse/distribution facilities and other light industrial projects totaling more than 11.2 million square feet. Additionally, he managed the construction of 177 tenant finish projects totaling over 8.7 million square feet. In each of these roles, Mr. Shaw also oversaw the design and construction teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all projects.
