Gideon Z. Friedman

Gideon oversees the strategic direction and growth of Beachwold’s 15,000-unit national portfolio. Since 2010, Gideon has organized partnerships to acquire and manage over $1.5 billion in multifamily properties across the eastern and central U.S. In 2016, he founded South Oxford Management, a property management company headquartered in Dallas Texas, which manages exclusively for Beachwold. He earned his B.A. from Brown University in Urban Studies. Gideon also serves as president of the board of directors for Woodshed Collective, a non-profit theater company in New York.
