With c. 600 people in 14 offices operating in over 20 countries, we are a truly global firm in scale and resources, yet agile and flexible to meet clients’ needs. Our teams enable us to combine global strength across the full real assets investment spectrum with a substantial local operating presence.  We have grown our US business significantly over the past few years through equity and debt investments as well as capital raising on behalf of an expanding client base in the US and in Europe.

To meet our investors’ demand for real asset equity investments, our purpose is to identify and invest in core, core- plus and value-add opportunities across a variety of markets and product types. Our dedicated New York based team provides a full range of real estate investment management services including deal sourcing, execution and asset management to maximize our investors’ returns.

Our activity in the commercial real estate debt space has increased significantly, most notably with our March 2020 acquisition of a leading US CRE debt team.  The transaction, which includes $9.4 billion in U.S. commercial mortgage loans, brings AXA IM – Real Assets’ global debt platform to over $28 billion.
