Bio
As President of Construction, Gerard is responsible for leading the day-to-day construction efforts on both new development as well as CAPEX projects for The Collier Companies. Gerard brought 30+ years of experience to TCC, working for both Developers and General Contractors. Gerard uses his experience from working with owners and GCs to create an environment where a combo of work and fun motivates people to love to come to work and perform. Gerard is from Amsterdam, Netherlands, where he studied Civil Engineering, and now lives in Florida with his wife.
