In 1936, Max Wiener and his son, Ralph, founded what would eventually become MAXX Properties with the purchase of a 48-unit apartment building in Brooklyn, New York.

Thirty years later, Ralph’s son, Robert, joined them in their growing family business. Under Robert’s subsequent leadership, MAXX Properties has grown into a dynamic, financially sound, residential real estate organization doing business in six states. Today, the fourth generation is at the helm with Robert’s three sons—Chairman Rick, Vice-Chairman Andrew, and Executive Director David—and the business is stronger than ever.
