Bio
George Tikijian III, is an Executive Managing Director in the Indianapolis office of Cushman & Wakefield. Previously he was principal and Senior Managing Director of Tikijian Associates - Multihousing Investment Advisors, an Indianapolis based broker and advisor to apartment owners, investors and managers. Cushman & Wakefield purchased Tikijian Associates in November 2018.
Tikijian Associates was formed in 2005; however, George has specialized in the sale of apartment communities since 1984. During the first 20 years of his career, George was a Senior Vice President and Multi-housing specialist with CBRE.
During his 34-year career George has been involved in the sale of more than 410 apartment communities totaling in excess of 96,000 units with total consideration in excess of $3.8 Billion.
George also serves on the Advisory Board of the Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC), he is a board member of the Indiana Apartment Association, Indiana University Kelley School Dean’s Council.
George is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance.
