George Stevens joined CBRE in 2012 as a Vice President specializing in Brokerage Services. George represents individuals, business park owners and corporate clients in the leasing, disposition and acquisition of industrial property, flex office projects and vacant commercial land sites. Over his 22 year commercial real estate career, George has represented his clients in over 1,000 leasing and sale transactions that total over 10 million square feet of space and 700 acres of land with value of $500+ Million of consideration.
