George Schelble assists in the underwriting and financial modeling of new acquisitions as well as the asset management strategies for the company’s multifamily portfolio. Before joining CEDARst, George interned at Baum Revision in Chicago where he underwrote historic redevelopment opportunities and employed asset management strategies for mixed-use properties. George graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance.
