George Men is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, DC, where he specializes in tenant representation. George has represented a range of corporate, non-profit, association and foreign government agency space users both locally and nationally. In his advisory role, George has guided his clients through developing corporate workplace solutions, strategic planning, lease analysis and negotiations, portfolio management, and cost mitigation strategies.

George also has a passion for the AAPI community and has served in various leadership roles for AAPI advocacy and non-profit organizations. He is currently a board member of OCA-DC Asian Pacific American Advocates and member of the Community Outreach Committee for Cushman & Wakefield’s employee resource group ASPIRE: Asians and Pacific Islanders in Real Estate.
