George T Lacey

George Lacey is a First Vice President with CBRE's Honolulu office.  He has been with CBRE since 1997 and is primarily responsible for leasing both commercial and investment properties. George's past experience includes both tenant and landlord representation in addition to buyer and seller representation for investment sales transactions.

In the industrial real estate field, George currently represents owners ranging from small, family owned properties to institutional portfolios such as Kamehameha Schools and HRPT Properties Trust.  These two entities alone represent more than 1,200,000 square feet of industrial and retail property in the Kalihi and Kakaako areas.

In the retail field George represents, among others, Pioneer Ace Hardware, Don Quijote (USA) Co., Ltd., and Kamehameha Schools and HRPT Properties Trust.  Pioneer Ace Hardware retained George as their exclusive representative for the leasing of their newest retail development; Ace Centre at Kapolei.  Daiei (USA), now known as Don Quijote, originally retained George for a realignment of their retail tenants within all of their Hawaii stores.  Currently, their Hawaii stores represent over 300,000 square feet of retail space.  Most recently George has been retained as an Exclusive Representative to expand their retail presence within Hawaii.
