Biography
Mr. Good has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and is recognized as one of the top shopping center investment brokers in both the company and the industry. He has represented numerous institutional clients, financial institutions, and private investment groups in the disposition of retail assets ranging from regional malls and community centers to large portfolios to each transaction, George brings a strong understanding of both the capital markets and the retail property markets.
In 1997, Mr. Good co-founded the National Retail Partners—Midwest. Since its formation, the National Retail Partners—Midwest team has completed over 1,000 transactions containing over 147 million square feet and valued in excess of $15 billion. Mr. Good also played an integral role in establishing CBRE’s National Retail Partners. Today, the National Retail Partners (NRP) consists of ten teams of professionals across the country that specialize solely in the marketing of retail investment properties.
In addition to being a member of the NRP, George is also a member of CBRE’s Institutional Properties group, a group of more than 85 professionals who focus on institutional clients and sales of institutional grade properties.
Mr. Good has been with CBRE since 1978. Prior to focusing specifically on retail investment properties he worked in various departments within CBRE including Appraisal, Property Management, Mortgage Banking, Investment Marketing, and Retail Corporate Services.
