Bio
Mr. Derrington brings over 30 years for finance and Accounting experience as well as 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has extensive experience with asset capitalization, acquisitions and dispositions, investor reporting, compliance, and debt structuring. Mr. Derrington holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, and an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell. In his prior role, Mr. Derrington helped restructure over $750 Million in debt while managing growth to over 2+ Billion in assets.
