Geoff Pendergast, a First Vice President in the Brokerage Services Group, joined CBRE in 1996 and his expertise lies in representing landlords and tenants including sales, leasing and valuation of office properties throughout the greater Puget Sound region. Geoff's extensive transaction experience and knowledge of the market enables him to develop cost effective real estate solutions for his clients. His platform for service delivery is the result of experience, a well developed network of corporate clients, local owners and the energy and determination he provides on every assignment.
