In eighteen years with CBRE, Geoff Martin has consummated more than 1,200 commercial property transactions.
Focusing his efforts on representing landlords and retail tenants in sale, leasing and development transactions, Mr. Martin specializes in northern Los Angeles County. Mr. Martin works closely with his retail clients on multi-market representation assignments, providing a unique, full-service approach. Geoff exclusively represents the following retailers: Costco, REI, Office Depot, The Fresh Market, AT&T Wireless and a Top National Retail Bank
As a member of the Southern California Retailer Services Group within CBRE, Geoff is responsible for the representation of retailers and restaurateurs in the Southern California sub-market of northern Los Angeles County.
