Geoff Kase is the Development Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Northeast Regional Office (Philadelphia). His responsibilities include managing due diligence, acquisitions, design, entitlements, and construction management. Geoff has over 30 years of experience managing developing and building over 15 million square feet of industrial, retail, pharmaceutical and office buildings.
Geoff is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania and a Civil Engineering graduate of Penn State University
