Geoff Adler joined the company in 1997 as Director of Management.  Geoff has over 35 years' experience in commercial property management.  He holds a BA in Finance from Cleveland State University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University.  He is also a licensed salesperson in New Jersey.

Pasbjerg works hard to cultivate and establish relationships with local businesses which are the heart and sole of most retail strip centers.​Today, Pasbjerg owns and manages over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of retail space and enjoys a proven track record of high occupancy rates even in today's challenging retail environment.​Pasbjerg's philosophy embraces responsiveness, flexibility, attention to detail and creativity in helping clients attain their goals by providing an array of services that include leasing, management, financing, construction and complete project development.
