Gene Klark

Gene Klark is the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. With over 25 years of experience in affordable and market rate multifamily housing, Gene is active in the sourcing and identifying new investment opportunities, leads purchase agreement and contract negotiations and oversees the Acquisitions group, which conducts the due diligence review and closing of investments. Gene has held previous positions with national tax credit and private equity firms where he oversaw acquisitions of workforce housing assets, negotiated deal terms on new acquisitions and joint ventures and oversaw the due diligence review. Gene earned his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School, Master in Business Administration from Chapman University, Bachelor of Science from the Ohio State University and the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute.
