Gayle Kennedy

Gayle Kennedy joined Broad Street Development in 2012 and currently serves as the Property Manager for the Residential Portfolio. Gayle acts as the on-site decision maker in all aspects of leasing, building renovations, and tenant relations for over 400 units, generating a revenue of over $16MM annually; and oversees a staff of 24. She also assists with the due diligence on new multifamily acquisitions, playing an integral role in the recent purchase of 298 and 304 Mulberry Street. Prior to joining Broad Street, Gayle spent 6 years in the Marketing and Sales Department at SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment. Her strong customer service background, strategic sales and marketing experience, and people management skills make her a valuable asset to the residential leasing portfolio. Gayle graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from the University of Delaware and obtained her MBA from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA.
