Gavin Conlon joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in March 2022 as an Associate. Based in Charlotte, his responsibilities include assisting the firm in all brokerage activity throughout North Carolina
Prior to joining the team, Gavin worked as a sales executive for CoStar Group, a commercial real estate data company. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in May of 2019 with a BBA in Business Administration.
