Gautam Mashettiwar

Gautam Mashettiwar is a Senior Vice President at Arch Street Capital Advisors, LLC and has been with the firm since 2013. Mr. Mashettiwar focuses on originating, underwriting, and executing investments from an acquisitions and asset management perspective.

Prior to ASC, Mr. Mashettiwar was an associate at a $1.6 billion international focused real estate private equity firm, where he was involved in the underwriting, analysis and coordination of over $400 million of various development projects throughout the country. Prior to that, Mr. Mashettiwar was with Jones Lang Lasalle where he was responsible for assisting corporations such as Deutsche Bank, Hewitt Associates, McDonald's Corp. and others with managing their requirement for corporate office space and services globally.

Mr. Mashettiwar graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania receiving a dual degree--a B.S.E in Economics from the Wharton School, and a B.A.S. in Computer Science from the School of Engineering.
