Gary Schless

In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.

Gary rejoined CBRE/New England in December 2013 after spending the previous 10 years at Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, he worked at CBRE/NE for almost five years. Mr. Schless specializes in office leasing/advisory services with a primary focus on tenant representation.

Mr. Schless has an in-depth knowledge of the Greater Hartford market and has worked on over 700,000 SF in transactions over the last 24 months. With over 15 years of experience, he has cultivated strong relationships with local and national corporations. Gary has a background in accounting and finance, which gives him the financial knowledge to thoroughly understand the economics of every deal.
