Gary J Minor

As Vice President of Development for IDI Logistics, Gary oversees the Atlanta market, which includes the South Florida and the Savannah area. His responsibilities include closing of land acquisitions, master planning, site development, vertical building development, tenant construction and the support of final dispositions and sales of speculative and build-to-suit projects. Gary also assists the Atlanta market office in the marketing of IDI Logistics-owned properties and third-party entities.

Gary, who joined IDI in 1994, has extensive experience in development, construction administration, design coordination and overall business park estate management. During his tenure at IDI Logistics, Gary has successfully developed several business parks in the Atlanta, Savannah, South Florida and New Jersey markets totaling more than 22 million square feet of light industrial/bulk distribution facilities and representing more than 2,400 acres of land and more than $1.2 billion in value. He has managed projects ranging in size from 150,000 square feet to 1,145,000 square feet.
