Gary Limjuco is currently a Managing Director and has been a member of Transwestern's Structured Finance group since September 2014.  Gary is responsible for arranging equity investments and debt financing for Transwestern's institutional and corporate clients nationwide.

Part of the Transwestern companies, Transwestern Development Company (TDC®) is a diversified business that develops logistics, multifamily, office, mixed-use, healthcare and life sciences properties. Since 2012, TDC’s pipeline of completed and in-process projects exceeds $4 billion, consisting of 22.9 MSF of industrial, 5,282 multifamily units, 2 MSF of office and 550,000 SF of healthcare. At present, TDC has more than $1.8 billion of projects under construction or with near-term starts in 15 cities and nine states including 13 MSF in industrial projects in pre-development planning stages nationwide.

TDC invests capital alongside its institutional and private equity partners to develop speculative and build-to-suit projects and serves as a fee developer for clients and owner-occupiers. TDC leverages the market insight and expertise of the Transwestern real estate organization, which includes a diversified real estate services firm with 34 U.S. offices and a real estate investment management company.
