Gary Lally

Gary joined Hoyt Properties, Inc. in 1984 where he became Senior Vice President of Development. Over the past years, Gary has been involved in the acquisition, leasing, sale and development of over eight million square feet of industrial and office space. His duties include all phases of the planning and development of net leased design build projects, and new multi-tenant speculative development, as well as leasing responsibilities of Hoyt’s extensive portfolio of expertise in working with cities and other governmental organizations in the development process. Gary received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota in 1969. He was a self-employed small business owner prior to joining Hoyt Properties. Gary has been actively involved with both professional and community based organizations.
