Gary Frederick

Gary Frederick is responsible for industrial land and building acquisitions, joint ventures, development, and leasing for Hillwood’s U.S. Northeast Region. Gary has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and leasing.

Gary has managed 17.1M SF of speculative and build-to-suit industrial developments, the acquisition of 4.7M SF of industrial warehouse, and the planning of 2,000+ acres of industrial land development. Gary’s team is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and operates from satellite locations to serve Hillwood’s growing business across the region. With projects spanning from New England to Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, and New Jersey, the team is focused on logistics patterns for the nation’s largest consumer markets.
