Bio
Gary A. Bauler has been in the Tampa Bay commercial real estate industry since 1982. Mr. Bauler spent 24 years with CBRE prior to leaving the company in 2006 to spend 4 years as the Vice President of Development for a national development and construction company. During his 4 years as a developer he lead his team in acquiring, master planning, designing, permitting and constructing 460,000 square feet of office and industrial space. In addition he was responsible for the master planning and infrastructure during construction of a 230 acre business park including the formation of a CDD and a major modification to the DRI.
During his career Mr. Bauler has completed over 500 office and industrial real estate transactions as either a broker or a principal. He focuses on the leasing and sales of industrial properties such as bulk warehouse, service center, manufacturing, medical technology and single user facilities in the Tampa Bay area.
Because of his past experience Mr. Bauler brings the perspective of a consultant, a principle, and a developer to project planning, permitting, governmental approvals, financing, construction and leasing or sales of the project.
