Bio
Gary Arabian joined CBRE as an Executive Vice President in January, 2014. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a Founder and Principal of The CAC Group, where he lead the Tenant Representation practice group.
Gary has completed a wide range of tenant representation assignments on behalf of companies in financial services, law, consumer products, technology and non-profits. His experience encompasses a wide array of successful assignments including: expansions, consolidations, relocations, build to suits, lease buyouts, multi-market searches, building purchases, and lease restructurings/early renewals. Gary's representation experience has resulted in some of the most significant lease and sale transactions in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Prior to co-founding The CAC Group, Gary spent five years at The Rubicon Group. Gary serves on numerous non-profit boards and is a founding member and part of the leadership team of the San Francisco Chapter of the New Canaan Society-a men's group who gather bi-monthly to encourage each other in their friendship and faith, and to support each other in the marketplace and in their communities. Gary is a graduate of the University of Oregon, is married and has four children and two granddaughters.
