Garrison Quinn

Garrison is responsible for supporting the Managing Partners in the origination, underwriting, financing, and closing of all real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions as well as portfolio management activities.

Garrison was previously a Development Manager for McWhinney, a Denver based real estate development company, where he was focused on land acquisitions and urban mixed-use development in Denver, Austin, San Antonio, and Salt Lake City. Prior to joining McWhinney, Garrison worked for UDR, a publicly traded multifamily REIT in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, where he spent time on the Acquisitions and Corporate FP&A teams and was involved in existing acquisitions, preferred equity investments, capital allocation, portfolio operations and balance sheet activity.

Garrison received his BS in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. He is a Denver native who enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
