Garland Faist

Garland Faist is responsible for directing the accounting, tax and financial operations of FCP's management companies and partnerships.

Prior to joining FCP, Garland was Vice President – Corporate Controller for The Mills Corporation (formerly NYSE:MLS) which owned and managed retail and entertainment centers throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. Prior to The Mills Corporation, he was a senior manager with the international accounting firm, KPMG LLP. Garland is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
