Gabriel Garica

Gabriel is Managing Director and Head of Corporate Development for Cresset. He leads Cresset’s merger and acquisition efforts to find culturally compatible firms interested in becoming partners in an employee-owned multi-family office. Gabriel has been an advocate for the RIA community throughout his career, including at Charles Schwab, BNY Mellon/Pershing, and E*TRADE Advisor Services. He has held leadership positions focused on business consulting, sales & relationship management, and executive management serving RIAs as they transition to the fiduciary model. Over the past two decades, Gabriel has consulted with hundreds of firms to help them make informed decisions on how to evolve their businesses to become more profitable, productive, and maximize enterprise value. He has also been a frequent speaker at industry and national conferences. Gabriel graduated from Radford University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He holds several professional licenses and completed the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a past member of the Foundation for Financial Planning’s Advisory Board. Gabriel lives in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters, but home is Virginia.
