Bio
Freddie Fackelmayer is based in CBRE's New York Headquarters. He specializes in tenant representation and formulating complex real estate solutions for creative groups in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Freddie also oversees the commercial real estate interests of a number of companies within the same peer group expanding into North American territories as well as overseas.
Prior to transitioning into the Global Brokerage platform, Mr. Fackelmayer spent five years in CBRE's New York Consulting Group where he was responsible for analyzing real estate strategies for major corporations and preparing cash flow projections and other financial models to analyze the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned assets.
