Frederic de Loizaga is a First Vice President with CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier, specializing in office properties throughout the Denver Metro area. Frederic provides customized, creative commercial real estate solutions that align with his client's business, financial and operational objectives.
In addition, Frederic participates in numerous community initiatives including Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Colorado, CU Cancer Center, LLS (Leukemia Lymphoma Society) and CBRE Cares Denver Board. Prior to joining CBRE in 2007, he played professional baseball for three years with the Los Angeles Angels in Anaheim, California.
