Fred Beaubien

Mr. Beaubien joins Hamilton Partners from Cushman Wakefield where he began his career. Beaubien started out as one of Cushman & Wakefield’s first Chicago employees and played an instrumental role in establishing the company’s brand in the city. He was named the leading producer in Chicago for several years with a client portfolio including General Motors, USG Corporation, and Kraft Foods. Fred won the Chicago Sun Times’ Commercial Broker of the Year as well as being nominated numerous times. Fred and his team also won the NAIOP Deal of the Year for the Blue Cross built-to-suit headquarters in Chicago. After several years in Chicago, Fred moved to San Jose, California to help his clients grow a presence in Silicon Valley and became one of the top producers in Northern California. Fred’s next move relocated him to C&W’s Phoenix office. Beaubien oversees our Phoenix office and utilizes his experience to grow Hamilton Partners’ footprint in the market. Along with his outstanding career awards, he continues to be active in his communities and the industry, having served on the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association and the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
