Bio
Frazier Cavness is an Associate Director and serves in the company's Denver office. Frazier specializes in retail investment advisory services with the Capital Markets team in Denver and throughout the Colorado Rocky Mountain region.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2021, Frazier worked on the Principal side of the business as the Vice President of Investments for Plaza Fiesta, which is an institutionally capitalized real estate investment company that acquires and develops grocery-anchored shopping centers in dense Hispanic communities throughout the country. Frazier led the company's acquisition and development efforts and has extensive experience finding, analyzing and executing retail investments that optimize returns to investors.
Frazier's in-depth understanding of the major trends impacting the retail investment and management landscape from an ownership perspective, allows him to offer uniquely valuable insight to clients that work with him at Newmark.
Education
Mr. Cavness earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Dartmouth College and a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver.
