Bio
Frank Alvarado is CBRE’s Senior Managing
Director supporting Project Management for the New York market. He is
responsible for all aspects of project development, execution and delivery,
including strategic planning, site acquisition, design and construction
coordination, procurement, budget and schedule management, quality control and
relocation. Frank’s team of project managers provides services to a variety of
regional, national and global clients, on both the owner and tenant sides,
across office, retail and industrial uses, as well as supporting capital
markets and asset management.
Frank brings a unique background in both
architecture and business administration to his assignments, as well as more
than 20 years of experience managing various types of projects and programs.
Prior to joining CBRE, Frank was a Regional Director with the Mace Group, where
he managed the strategic planning, operations and growth of Mace’s project,
program and cost management consultancy. Frank’s previous experience includes a
Managing Director role for Project Management for the Northeast and Latin
America market for Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was responsible for overseeing
a staff of more than 50 project managers and other technical staff.
