Frank is a Director in the Portland office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has five years of experience in commercial real estate finance. His primary focus is on multi-housing investment sales advisory and equity placement.

During his time at HFF & JLL, Frank has been involved in over $3 billion in transaction volume and has underwritten more than 450 separate transactions on both the private and institutional capital playing field.
