Frank Gervasio

Frank Gervasio is responsible for half of OneWall's portfolio, primarily focused on assets in New Jersey. His primary role is to ensure the financial success of each asset from acquisition through disposition. Frank started as a Senior Accountant at OneWall, where he led the build-out of the company's accounting department and managed all accounting matters related to the day-to-day operations of the company's assets. He has implemented standards for cash control, AR/AP monitoring and distribution analysis across the company's portfolio. Prior to joining OneWall in 2018, Frank worked at Kushner Companies as both a Property Accountant and a Property Analyst. He is a graduate of William Paterson University, where he earned both his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management as well as his MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
